What is Realistic Anxiety?
I believe my anxiety developed in Year5. And has gotten worse ever since however, I am starting to focus and channel my anxiety so I can focus on bigger and better things. I am starting a fitness journey with the encouragement of my family and friends. I have a lovely caring boyfriend who does his very best to keep me calm. I am currently a Psychology student at the University of Leicester whereby I learn about anxiety and efficient methods to cope with it.
I created Realistic Anxiety to be a place where those who suffer from anxiety or just need someone to relate to and come to my page and read and feel at home. I want people to know that suffering from anxiety is so difficult as it really can stop you from doing everyday things such as going to the shop or getting petrol or seeing friends. And I am trying make it easier for people by providing a resource that stops them from feeling alone.
